@Philippe_V_C - what you're referring to is an Account. This is made available on request to MSSP partners - please reach out to your Channel Account Manager to get access to this. FOr more information, please see this KB article:…

@BWC - thanks for your responses. You're spot on with what we intended! @shukerra - apologies for the confusion. The fact is S1 has not made the 22.3 agent as Generally Available and that's why we haven't released it to our console either. We have updated the advisory to make it more clear. Net net - if you are running…

@coopsnoop - we have not qualified Capture Caliente for Ventura yet and our team is working on it. As I understand, Ventura isn't GA yet but we want to get ahead of that as best as possible. Can you elaborate on the issue? Is it not able to connect to any website or is the network adapter seemingly disabled? What happens…
-
@Daveberts - we announced the decommission of captureclient.sonicwall.com and captureclient35.sonicwall.com and that was executed last week. Please use captureclient-36.sonicwall.com to manage your endpoints

The issue has been resolved but we will continue to monitor

@mangonacre - thanks for your feedback. We have noticed a performance degradation and are investigating the cause of it. I will post an update here when we have an ETA for restoration of services. Apologies for thr inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience!

Interesting feature request and not one we've received before - we've had an ask in the past from an education customer to allow limited access to the portal only to whitelist websites by non-IT Staff (e.g. Teachers). This would obviously supercede such a requirement - but would this be policy driven? I'd be curious to…

@BWC - we don't offer this feature as part of Capture Client, at this time. We are looking to offer it as part of our next release (3.7) through a new offering (along with Deep Visibility). However, it will only be available via the S1 console and will require separate login directly to the S1 console using a different…

It wasn't an issue on the S1 side - was a compatibility issue with our client specifically on servers. Since we don't have separate client for PCs and Servers, we didn't want to do a partially working release. And yes - i would recommend leaving it as is for now as long as it's not running into issues.
-
@BWC - my apologies but it looks like this was inadvertent error as we don't support the 21.5 client yet. Our testing indicated some issues and we had decided to hold off until those were resolved. We're actually looking to release the Windows and macOS client together probably closer towards the end of the month. And we…

@Syzygy - sorry about that. Not sure why that KB hasnt been updated yet. We'll get that fixed that. But while we do that - what info are you looking for? We'll try to grab that as well from Engg to add to this KB.
-
@russell_feagley - have you seen this KB article? Please let us know if you see any missing info:
-
@jramsey - yes this will get faster with 3.6 onwards. We are expecting to be able to support the 21.5 clients from July 12th onwards. Keep an eye out for a notification in the console. For reference - our policy is to only support Generally Available (GA) Releases from SentinelOne. They do have later Early Availability…

@SteveCherry - thanks for letting us know. Can you share what it lacked so that we can improve for consumption?
